Cold Spring/Swift River  Parent Teacher Organization
BELCHERTOWN, MASSACHUSETTS

For Teachers:

The 2020-21 funding process details will be posted in the fall.

2019-20 Request for Proposals : The Cold Spring Swift River Parent Teacher Organization invites all teachers to apply for funding.  Based on fall fundraising successes, we are able to allocate up to $4,000 to be distributed between January and June 2020.  Each request will be reviewed individually and voted upon by the executive board of the PTO. The Board will fund costs for printing photos, project supplies, and classroom supplies. For this round of funding, we will not be supporting the purchases of gift certificates, furniture items over $50, personal use items, mileage, or computers/tablets.  Itemized receipts are needed for reimbursement. Grade levels may also choose to apply for funding of larger grade wide needs. Our Treasurer may purchase items online directly if you include a link with your request.  The priority funding deadline will be January 10, 2020.  All requests received by that date will be reviewed shortly after that deadline.   If you know of an end of year need, you are encouraged to apply for funding by the January 10, 2020 priority deadline for the greatest likelihood of approval. Requests will be accepted on a rolling basis after that date, but funding is not guaranteed. Apply here.

Teachers may wish to submit a request for the PTO to reimburse them for purchases directly.  You may print and fill out an
Expenditure Request Form. Completed forms can be left in the the CSSR PTO mailboxes at CS and SRE.  Blank copies of this form are also available in the mailbox for teachers to use.  Submissions will be reviewed as they are received.  The Executive Board will get back to you as soon as possible with a response to your request.
